Welcome to Rowallan Park Campsite

Rowallan Park is located 10 minutes north of Mackay and consists of 104 Acres (42 Hectares) of natural bushland. The natural bushland setting of Rowallan Park provides the ideal place for camping and outdoor activities.

Rowallan Park is also currently the home for Mackay and District Mountain Bike Club and Camp Eagle.

The park is also available for use by non-Scouting groups, organisations and schools.

It includes picnic areas, toilet facilities, lookouts, popular walking tracks, swimming areas and four-wheel drive beach recreation areas.

A big thanks to Dale, Trevor and crew from Mackay Kawasaki for the delivery of our new ATV for the Park. Also a very big thanks to the Gambling Grant for the funds to purchase it. The 3 boys in the photo are already out there putting it through it’s paces and out the back of the Park in 4wd mode. It’s fitted with winch, 90 litre spray tank with pump and many other extras.
